Our Receptionists will endeavour to log the following information:
  1. Name Of the Caller
  2. Their Company name ( if applicable)
  3. Their Telephone Number
  4. A Basic Message
We will work directly with you to customise what information you would like your receptionist to say (and not to say!) and what information to give out.

We will log every call and contact you immediately after the call to update you. You can be contacted by text, fax or email. Alternatively you can log into your account on our website (www.itsthebusiness.ie) to check your messages.

Short term contracts available. Minimum term of 3 months with 1 months notice. Fees payable on a monthly basis by direct debit

Starter: 20 calls per month €39*
Bronze: 60 calls per month €79*
Silver: 100 calls per month €119*
Gold: 150 calls per month €159*
 
(*Additional calls cost €1.50)
  • Assumed typical call duration of 2 minutes. Package may need to be reviewed if calls habitually take longer than this.
  • All Packages incur a once off set up fee of €49, which includes initial consultation with receptionists and line setup charge.
  • All Prices are subject to VAT @ 21.5%

Diary Management
What is it?
This is an online product whereby our receptionist can set up appointments for you and you can view and edit them online. This is a major benefit and cost saving for people who can’t afford to pay a full time receptionist. We will text you the day before the appointment to remind you
 
How much?
€20 per month (60 appointments per month)
 
Mail Address
What is it?
You advertise your business address as “the business centre” which gives the impression that you are based in the town centre. If you are working from home, this will give you a more professional image. You can call in daily to collect your mail or we can post it onto you.
